All participants must pay the registration fee. You can register in advance at a reduced rate prior to Monday, January 27, 2013. Everybody is encouraged to register early, otherwise it is not possible to guarantee a place because the number of participants is limited.
Payment in U.S. dollars will be possible by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, personal or corporate checks (drawn on a U.S. bank only).
REMEMBER: Onsite registration during the Conference will not be possible.

Registration Cancellation Policy: Cancellations of registrations must be submitted in writing and received no later than March 31, 2013. Refunds of the original payment, less a $75 service fee, will be mailed to the original registrant following the Conference.
Substitutions: Attendee substitutions may be made at any time, both on the Registration website and at the Onsite Registration Desk, for a registrant who cannot attend but has paid the registration fee in advance.
